19,811 days left -Minimalism Moi countdown




Hello,

I wanted to share something personal with you today. I came into this world on June 11, 1973, right in the midst of Pentecost night – a significant Christian holiday.

Over the past two decades, I've faced health challenges that have taught me the value of cherishing each day. That's why I've made a commitment to live life to the fullest until I reach 105.

I call it the Minimalism Moi Countdown. Essentially, I assign each year a "level," and I'm currently celebrating level 50 – a milestone worth acknowledging!


I invite you to join me on this journey:

  1. Set your goal: Decide how many years you want to thrive.

  2. Calculate your countdown: Subtract your current age from your goal age.

  3. Embrace each day: Instead of worrying about time passing, savor every moment.

  4. Stay grounded: Focus on love, joy, and making a positive impact.

  5. Create lasting memories: Fill your days with meaningful experiences.

Remember, happiness is a result of your actions.
